Overview: Louise (28) and her team are on a team-building course in a secluded retreat, led by Yin-Yoga coach Verena (48). However, what begins in a feel-good atmosphere increasingly becomes a compulsion to disclose their innermost fears and issues. One after the other, the participants share their traumatic memories during the exercises, hoping to free themselves from their past and thus perform better in their job. Despite being pressured by Verena, Louise struggles to follow suit and becomes more and more of an outsider.
