Overview: Khamis and his brother Khalil poison their father to get rid of him, after he threatens to write his fortune to his new born son Hamada, who he had after marrying his maid Firdaws. Firdaws is accused of killing her husband because she brought him food without knowing about his sons' plot, while Khamis and Khalil get rid of their little brother by leaving him in the middle of Cairo's traffic to get lost. Hajj Younis finds the child and takes care of him, then he joins the music institute, and a love story develops between him and his colleague Souad.
