Overview: Jared Leto arrives in the small provincial town "Beldyazhki". But due to a technical error the employees of the regional TV channel "Truth TV", cameraman Vitalka and journalist Pavlusha do not shoot this sensation interview. To avoid dismissal, they decide to make a sensation report by themselves, initiate the garage robbery and broadcast it. Pavlusha is a fake robber, and the chief understands this report is a fake.
