Biography: In 2008, Joydeep Mukherjee started his career with Ekhane Aakash Neel (TV Serial) and in 2010 Gaaner Oparey. Then he directed two more dramas. In 2014, Joydeep debuted as a film director with the drama film Aagun. It started streaming on ZEE5 from January 20, 2023. His debut theatrical release credited as a director was Shikari (2016).
